About KAP

KAP is a transformative experience of exploration and expansion. It is a process of raw life force energy transmission that is designed for removing limitations, releasing stagnant energetic blocks and reconnecting with your highest self for spiritual growth and as a method to experience deeper non-dual states of consciousness.

As the blockages in you dissipate with the flow of energy, you will become clear and experience a profound sense of wholeness.  This inner shift toward self-love and unity transforms your external and internal experiences.  Growth and healing are the most common experiences for KAP participants.  During KAP there are not guided poses or breathwork, it is a surrender to the life force energy that exists for you and surrender to the connection of human and divine light in and around us.

The benefits of KAP are similar to those experienced after and during deep meditation.  This kundalini activation process is a direct transmission that activates Kundalini human-divine energy.   As soon as the transmission of energy begins, physical, emotional, and traumatic blocks start to dissipate and dissolve.  It is common for emotions to be felt, expressed and released during KAP.  Releasing blocked or stuck emotion is important for growth and healing to occur and as we can relax into this process we can embrace it and ourselves on a deeper level .  If your healing path has lead you to consider a session of KAP you are likely to experience an expansion beyond what you imagined is possible.  KAP is perfect for those who are awake and wish to become fully alive while here now. 


The transmission of life force energy during KAP can align the external world with your truest sense of life and your authentic self. You may find yourself making changes with your diet, habits, thoughts, patterns and experiences.  The energy transmission can result in a state of calm and peace that you have struggled to achieve with self-willed spiritual practices.  During a session you may feel like energy is lifting your soul and guiding you to your truest and highest self but the most profound effects take place after a KAP session. These experiences continue to deepen with each KAP experience

Rolina is a KAP Level 2 Facilitator trained by Venant Wong.  She lives in the mountains of Idaho and has live KAP sessions in the Idaho/Montana area.  She also has online weekly KAP sessions.  If you have a question or need more information please submit the form below.

What to expect during KAP

You will begin the session lying down on a mat and surrender to relaxing your body and mind, releasing all expectations. This is not a self-generating process, this is a path of surrender. While music is played I will concentrate on each individual and transmit life force energy. Allow whatever arises to be experienced and expressed. Experiences vary for each of you and will likely vary from session to session as the energy goes where it is needed.
Spontaneous movements can and do occur such as yoga poses, shaking, stretches or mudras. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. It is important to surrender to the experience and allow your body to move if it feels natural to do so. You do not need to keep your body still during KAP.
Some people experience emotions including joy, fear or sadness. You may spontaneously cry or laugh. I encourage you to surrender to these and not suppress them. You may experience a bliss state as well.

Preparing for your online KAP session

KAP is not a self generating or self willed practice like kundalini yoga where you are generating your own energy to rise. It is a direct energy transmission. It is the path of surrender and not the path of will.
Preparation for your online session:
Upon registration you will receive a zoom link for the session.
Make sure you have:
A stable Internet connection
Zoom installed
Speaker or wireless headphones
I will need to see your full body lying on mat from the side (it is helpful if you position the camera of your device before the session)

What should I expect to experience during a KAP session?

You will begin lying down on a mat and surrender to relaxing your body and mind, releasing all expectations. This is not a self-generating process, this is a path of surrender. While music is played I will concentrate on each individual and transmit life force energy. Allow whatever arises to be experienced and expressed. Experiences vary for each of you and will likely vary from session to session as the energy goes where it is needed.


I recommended you allow your mind to wander and do what minds do.  Do not try to control the mind or make the mind do anything.  If your mind does not want to quiet down, just sit next to it with your witness being and surrender to the energy flow.

What should I expect to experience after a KAP session?

This can vary from subtle changes to profound changes.  Participants experience changes in their emotional state or state of being.  Some report feeling a sense of calm after their sessions and say they feel less reactionary.  Others report the surfacing of memories that have been suppressed or that were unavailable to them.   Some feel strong emotions rising up while others feel a sense of bliss.
Changes in sleep patterns can occur as well as changes in eating habits, patterns of behavior and focus.
Many people experience free flow yoga poses and/or mudras during a KAP session which can result in being more in tune with the physical body.
Deep sensations of union and connectedness to God and diving energy also happen with KAP and usually continue after the sessions, eventually becoming fully integrated into everyday life.
Many people express an increase in their creativity or feeling of vitality.

Do I need to have experience in meditation, yoga, or other spiritual practices before I try KAP?

It is not necessary to have experience in other spiritual practices to enjoy and expand with KAP.  This is not a class with directed movement or breathing.  It is an experience of nonduality and surrender to the life force energy that grounds us, expands our thought systems, opens our hearts and quiets our mind.  It is an expansion process that unblocks trauma and blockages within our systems.  There are no physical requirements for movement during a KAP session.
